Once again the FIRST Robotics season is upon us.
The Kickoff for the 2013 Autodesk Oregon FIRST Robotics Tournament took place 1/6/2013.
Your contribution as a volunteer helps set the stage for team members to show how they have grown in capabilities during the design / build period and beyond. By volunteering you set an example that they, in turn, will follow.
We absolutely cannot do the regional without your help!

We’ll need volunteers for many areas. Some positions include:

Pit support (the “pit” is the location where teams keep their robots)

Technical floater

Team queuing

Crowd control
-
Referees
-
Registration and VIP information table

Machine shop
-
Awards assistant
-
Robot Inspectors
-
and more
Volunteers do not have to commit themselves for the entire weekend. However, we do require a full day commitment in order to keep the process manageable. Volunteers must be over the age of 12.
