Join FIRST and the Clark County 4-H Robotics Club for the first Annual RoboBlast event on June 9th at the Clark County Fairgrounds.
What: RoboBlast 2012
Hosted by the Clark County 4-H Robotics Club, RoboBlast is a FIRST event featuring the most recent FRC, FTC, and FLL competitions (only the robot run for FLL, but bring displays for pit areas) Awesome trophies for the top teams!
When: Saturday, June 9, 2012 — 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Where: Clark County Fairgrounds, South Hall Three, 17402 Northeast Delfel Road Ridgefield, WA 98642 Only ten minutes north of the Interstate and Glen Jackson bridges!
Parking: Free!
Who can attend? Anyone! RoboBlast is open to the public.
Bring your friends. RoboBlast is open to the public! Though we are not asking for the public to pay an entry fee, Clark County 4-H Robotics is asking that all visitors bring a can of food to support the local food bank. It’s optional, but we’d think you were awesome if you could help local families in need!
Registration: Registration is open to all FRC, FTC, and FLL teams.
There is a small registration fee to cover the cost of the facility. Registration for FRC teams is $50. Registration for FTC teams is $30. Registration for FLL teams is $20. The top two alliances of the FRC and FTC teams will receive awards. The top four FLL teams will receive awards. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis; only twenty teams in each competition group. Please register soon to secure your place in the competition!

9:00 AM: Opening Ceremonies
9:15 AM: FLL Matches Begin (2 runs)
11:00 AM: FLL Awards (top four teams)
11:30 AM: FTC Qualifying Matches
1:30 PM: FTC Alliance Selection (4) and Final Matches
2:00 PM: FTC Awards (top two alliances)
2:30 PM: FRC Qualifying Matches
4:30 PM: FRC Alliance Selection (4) and Final Matches
5:00 PM: FRC Awards (top two alliances)
This event is only robot runs, not the full competition. The FLL robot board is from the Food Factor challenge. The FTC field is from Bowled Over. The FRC Rebound Rumble challenge will be played on a practice field with no Kinect stations. To avoid problems with robot communications, FTC and FRC will not be run at the same time.
